1. Students login by entering their school name. The password is the name of the school mascot
2. All the same digital resources are available for students that are available for teachers
Inserting links in PowerPoint(TM) to Digital Video in Medianet:
1. A special address (url) must be used when linking to a movie, for example, within the Medianet. The address may be copied and pasted wherever you want the link to appear. It is: http://medianet2.caboces.org/display/118?T=
2. You MUST add the Medianet digital video catalog number at the end of the link, after the equals sign. After you link to the Medianet you will be asked to login before viewing the movie.
3. The students have a different url to use when linking to a movie in our Medianet catalog. It is: http://medianet2.caboces.org/display/017?T=
4. You MUST add the Medianet digital video catalog number at the end of the link, after the equals sign. After the student links to the MedianetKids site, he or she will be asked to login before viewing the movie. |
